How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY Return goods within 30 days of invoice date in unused and re-salable condition to the address below. The original shipping charge will NOT be refunded and the customer pays return postage. Include your invoice number so we that can identify your order. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used on the original order for the amount paid for the returned item(s) only excluding original and return postage within one business day of receipt of the returned goods. DAMAGED GOODS If goods are damaged in transit, send us a photo of product and packaging by e-mail to service@thegreaseshop.com OR mail to: Optisonics Productions, 311 South Parkway, Clifton, NJ 07014. A full refund will be issued will be issued to the payment method used on the original order for the amount paid for the returned item(s) plus original shipping. Only a proportinate amount of the shipping charge will be refunded if other non damaged items in the order.
RETURN BY POSTAL SYSTEM If the return is the result of our error, we'll provide a full refund of the invoice total or reship the order without any additional charges. Items returned by the postal services or international customs as "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" due to an error in the address you provided, failure to pick up a package at your local post office, or non payment of duty tax, you will be given a refund of the product(s) charge only. Item(s) must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging. Refund will be issued to the payment method used on the original order.
