Yes, it is somewhat higher priced than other water based pomades we sell, but its superior quality and unique texture, shine, and holding ability make it worth the price. The can is shallower but wider than most pomades we sell in cans and it holds more, 4.5oz.

Just got my Grants in the mail today and first time using it I knew I made the right decision to buy it. I tried Murray's pomade, but hated that I couldn't just wash it out. Then I found a water based hair wax from Ion which pretty much had the same description as Grants so I gave it a try which was just a waste of money. Had no hold and mainly just made my hair greasy feeling. So with quick (and I mean like 40 minutes later at like 1:30 AM! my time) and a nice response from Jim at theGreaseShop.com I decided to give it a shot. This stuff has GREAT hold just about like Murray's but best of all IT WASHES OUT! It also smells pretty good too. So if your looking for a great pomade that can just wash out, has GREAT hold, definitely give Grants a try you wont be disappointed. I know Ill be back for more. –Rob
