If you choose PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal balance, or if you are not a member of PayPal, you can still use PayPal to pay by debit card, charge card, or e-check. All personal information is transmitted through secure transmission to servers at PayPal.com. Your debit or charge card billing will be from "Optisonics Productions."

To pay by e-check, select PayPal as your payment method and follow the instructions in PayPal. With e-check there is a delay of a few days for funds to clear before we ship goods.

SAVE ON POSTAGE
Postage can be expensive, so consider ordering additional products or more of one item you use a lot. The ratio of product cost to shipping cost gets better as you add more items — especially non liquid items. Very often Priority Mail is only a few cents more expensive than Parcel Post and offers quicker delivery.

YOU MUST HAVE "COOKIES" TURNED ON
Our shopping cart uses the "cookies" feature of your browser to save your selections. Therefore, if you are having trouble with items remaining in your shoping cart or have turned off "cookies," you must turn it back on in your browser's preferences.

SHIPPING
When viewing your shopping cart you can enter your zip-code (US and Canada) to get a shipping cost estimate. When you check out, the actual cost of shipping will be calculated based on the shipping service you select. A small handling charge of $2 is added to cover the additional box cost and shipping cost of the packing materials. If for any reason the website is unable to access the chosen carrier's database for a quote, a table based on U.S. Post Office rates is consulted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

WARNING - WE CANNOT GUARANTEE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Tracking numbers are not issued by the post office for non US and Canada packages. Therefore we cannot track them if you do not get your package. Furthermore, many international post offices are known to loose, damage, or return packages. If you do not get your order, trust that we send out all orders quickly and reliably. Check with your post office or international customs department. You can get a customs manifest number for your order by entering your confirmation number in the space provided on our Customer Service page. WE DO NOT RESEND LOST OR DAMAGED INTERANTIONAL ORDERS. If goods are returned to us by your customs department we will refund according to our returned goods policy as stated elsewhere on this page.

We do not ship to the following countries due to poor delivery services of their postal systems.
Singapore

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S. and CANADA COSTS MORE. IF POSTAGE SHOWS UP AS $2 (This is the handling charge not including postage.) WE WILL NOTIFY YOU ABOUT ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES CHARGES.
Shipping charges to many countries will automatically be calculated using USPS rate charts. All other countries will show on the checkout invoice screen without postage. In this case you will be notified of additional postage due before items are shipped. We will be adding countries to our rate tables as we see new ordewrs come in from these countries.

PACKAGES OVER 15 POUNDS
Our postage calculator will invoice you for actual postage up to 15 pounds. In the event your international package is over 15 pounds, we may notify you of additional postage due before shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
The customer is notified that international customs departments may impose a duty or other taxes on imported goods. Payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us due to refusal to pay such fees, the terms of our return policy apply as stated on this page apply. Most countries will collect from the recipient a customs clearance and delivery fee, in addition to the duties and taxes. This fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the delivery service for the costs it incurs in clearing the items through customs and collecting duties at the time of delivery. These duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid on your invoice.

RETURN OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS DUE TO CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS
It is the responsibility of the customer to refrain from ordering items that are restricted or prohibited from import to their country. If the package is returned to us due to customs importation restrictions, the terms of our return policy apply as stated on this page apply.

SALES TAX
Orders shipped to NJ locations will be charged 7% sales tax.

RETURN POLICY Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You may return any item sold by The Grease Shop, SlickVille.com, and Optisonics Productions for a full credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Item(s) must be in new, condition with original packaging. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In all other cases, a return postage fee will apply. These policies apply only to products that are shipped directly from our facilities. Products that are sold by third parties such as Cafepress and amazon.com (affiliate programs) are subject to the respective companies policies.
